Boarding takes place on Saturday from 6pm to 7.30pm. For arrivals after 7.30pm, check-in will be postponed to Sunday morning, with a supplement of 60 euros. Disembarkation is scheduled for the following Saturday at 9 am. Return to port is on Friday evening at 6 pm, with a full tank of diesel already filled.

Requests to check-in and out on different days and times or to board and disembark at bases other than Cagliari will result in a surcharge (details under "Extras").

Upon booking, video tutorials on the boat, operation of the outboard engine, and itineraries will replace the front check-in. Upon boarding, a boarding attendant will be present to clarify any doubts.

Preliminary operations before boarding, which must also be repeated upon disembarkation, include inventory and carrying out procedures outlined in the "vessel management" document, which will be sent at the time of booking.

Disembarkation without checking out is possible, with maintenance of the deposit. The deposit will be returned one week after disembarkation, covering any hidden damages and fines.

The following are required: copy of the nautical license and RTF certificate, rental contract, crew list, flight details for any transfer and request for extras, to be sent to the booking office within 30 days of boarding.
